Disco Hot Sauce started in London 2017 ignited by the founders' mutual love and obsession with hot sauce and disco music.
Arriving home late after a dance one Wednesday, we thought 'why not make our own', so grabbed some scotch bonnets from the local shop, threw on some records...and it strangely turned out delicious.
The recipe is an original from South East London and inspired by the addictive hot sauce culture and flavours of Panama. So far, always homemade to music.
After selling it to friends and neighbourhood foodies last year, we've decided to scale up to make it more available.
We'd like to get Disco Hot Sauce onto as many kitchen tables - and into as many bloody Mary's - as possible. We won't compromise on taste, and always use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients without extras.
The result is a very spicy, fruity, rounded, punchy, and we think special concoction that hot sauce lovers will be addicted to instantly.
